People use the term Zeta greys vs Tall Greys as if they were describing a single species with two height ranges. This is a detail that does not ever match what many experiencers have often reported with otherworldly encounters. In testimony after testimony, including accounts like my own, the differences are not related to just the size of the beings.
Abductees and experiencers know that there is a clear distinction between the two types of beings!
There has been presented in many cases, sharp differences with the presence of the beings; they can be out in the woods, by a car, in a pasture, or appear in a bedroom-gray or gray blue, 3 ½ ff in height., large head with extremely big black, wrap- around eyes. The large head sits on top of a thin neck, a disproportionate body, with skinny limbs, and four fingers. These small beings are the Zeta Greys, and they are part biological beings or clones, that do the dirty work for the organic otherworldly Tall Grey or Mantid beings. The Zet Greys have no authority, except over humans, and they do not speak.
The Tall Greys: Believed to be a progenitor species of the Greys. They are scientists, instructors, leaders, and a being of high importance on the crafts. Communicate with thought transference to human abductees.
The two otherworldly beings have separate functions!
Distinction matters. This is critical in abduction investigation and understanding. You simply cannot surmise that every otherworldly Grey encounter can go under one neat little label. The encounters ae too complex, and the beings can be very confusing, and deceptive. As an abductee or experiencer investigator, it is too easy to miss ongoing patterns with both the small Zeta Greys, and the Tall Greys. These are patterns that show up repeatedly in otherworldly abduction reports, nighttime intrusions/ visitations, medical procedures, telepathic exchanges, and lifelong contact cases (like mine)
It is imperative to understand as an investigator into the otherworldly Grey abductions of humans, that it is in the details of the accounts where the truth is hidden!
For decades, people have described small Greys as if they were identical to the Tall Greys standing behind them. Many abductees do not experience these beings this way. The shorter Grey beings are reported as task driven, and they are automated and mechanical in movements with no emotions, or individuality.
Tall Greys on the other hand, are frequently perceived as supervisory/ leaders. They are most definitely aware, have some emotions; they can be nice, but mostly authoritative, and intentional, and they are very frightening and psychologically overwhelming.
Of course, this does not mean that every account of abduction or visitation lines up perfectly with this characterization of these beings, but that is where professional testimony taking and investigation is paramount.
Some witnesses use the word, Zeta, for all Grey beings. Other people reject the term Zeta because they see it as an assumption about star origin rather than appearance. Within many of the experiencer and abductee communities, the contrast between the smaller Greys and the Tall Greys keeps surfacing for a reason; there are so many people who have never met each other, that describe the same hierarchy: The Tall Greys rule over the Zeta Greys.
When making sense of an encounter, this one main difference can help identify whether the abductee or experiencer is remembering workers, overseers, or an entirely different species in command over these beings.
The small Grey, often called a Zeta Grey, is usually described as between 3 1/2 and 4 1/2 feet tall. The body is thin and slight, with a head that is quite large in proportion to the torso. The skin is often reported as gray, ash-gray, or gray with a beige cast under certain lighting. The eyes are huge, black, and set at an angle. They are what people call” wrap-around eyes,” and to me, they look like big sunglasses. The mouth is tiny or just a slit. The nose may appear as just small nostril holes or slits. In many cases, witnesses describe these beings as nearly identical to one another, clones.
Tall Greys are different; so different that people often remember them with sharper fear. Reports from abductees commonly place these otherworldly beings between 6 to 8 feet tall. Estimates vary because witnesses often describe these beings while they are lying down on tables, disoriented, or under extreme stress. The Tall Greys have bodies that tend to be more elongated, and some appear more substantial in the mid-section and limbs, than the smaller Greys. The face may still carry the classic Grey features but there is often a stronger impression of coldness, intelligence, and authority.
There are experiencers that have reported differences in skin texture between the tw different species of Greys. The small Greys are sometimes described as having a surface of a covering that is smooth, and almost artificial-looking. The eyes are believed to be black coverings or lenses that hide their real eyes.
The Tall Greys may appear more textured, shadowed, or faintly aged (pink mottling on the back of Rex, the Tall Grey’s head) Eye shape can vary in these beings also. A few reports from experiencers about Tall Gey eyes, state that their eyes seem more expressive by the way that they are set into the Tall Grey’s head; deeper set, serious looking. There is no real expression in those eyes, from a human perspective, that is displayed by these beings. There are many abduction reports of these beings staring down into human eyes and pulling memories from their minds, and this is quite chilling.
The line of distinction with the job of the Greys is drawn clearly in the sand: Smaller Grey beings are seen conducting procedures, as in human abductions. These small Geys enter the room ss of unsuspecting human beings in groups of three or four of them most times, but that it is not definitive in each case ( but in my case after a few years dating back to 2019, there was only one small Grey, and the abduction method changed) The small Greys surround the human on the bed , or around a car on the road, and they are responsible for the actual abduction of the human being and taking him or her to the craft.
Tall Greys appear less often during an abduction; usually in the craft in the room where the abductee has been restrained and lying immobile upon a medical table. Tall Greys can use thought communication to the smaller Greys; to summon them to the side of the table, to help a witness/abductee get their clothing removed or put it all back on. The Tall Grey is in a position of authority on the craft.
